Location is fantastic! Just a quick drive to nearby attractions like Leavenworth and Lake Chelan. The room itself was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds made it easy to relax after a long day. The manager provided really good service. The bathroom could really use an update. It felt outdated. Some amenities, like the internet, were unreliable at times . I had to work on my laptop but faced frequent disruptions. A little more attention to these details would make this place even better!

Internet, wi fi was very marginal. I would lose the connection all the time. Also, weak or no reception in the room.

Clean, spacious rooms that smell fresh add a nice touch to the stay. Convenient amenities like a coffee maker and microwave in the room enhance comfort.

A musty odor greeted me upon arrival, mixed with black dog hair around the bedding-definitely not a great first impression. The bathroom fan being linked to the light made it noisy and irritating, not to mention the air conditioner that cycled erratically throughout the night.

The front desk staff on arrival were rather unfriendly. I expected more from them. The motel itself is old and needs updating.

We like it. Its the only one we stay at most of the time. Its close to the medical facilities we go to..

We enjoyed our stay, especially the convenient location with easy access to local attractions like skiing and golfing. The staff provided a hearty breakfast, made mornings smoother for our large family. The hotel also had a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for our kids.

My wife says that the amenities could be improved for families.

Nothing like the picture.. Pool was closed. Room was very small for the cost. We checked in and out within ten minutes and they still charged us for the room even though we told then how disappointed we were. We will never book at another travel lodge.
